Is Vạn Tâm free?
Yes. Every feature, from the map of sites to Check-in, Practice and Community, is free and has no ads.
Do I need to sign in?
Not if you only want to find sites and read about them. You need to sign in with your phone number, Google or Apple to check in, follow sites, keep your practice streak and join the Community.
What is Check-in and how does it work?
Check-in (Khắc Tâm in Vietnamese) is how you keep a record of a visit. While you are at a site, open its page and tap Check in. The app creates a seal with the lunar date, the Gregorian date and a blessing, and you can add a photo. All your seals are kept in your Collection, under Profile.
Does the app track my location when I'm not using it?
Not by default. Only if you turn on “Notify me near places of worship” does the app check your location, to remind you when you are close to a site. You can turn it off again at any time in Settings.
Why can't I find my pagoda?
Every site is reviewed before it appears, so the place you are looking for may not have been added yet. Send the site's name and address to our support email and we will add it.
How can a pagoda or temple manage its own page?
Email apps@vthgroup.vn with the name of the site, your role and a contact phone number. Once we have verified you, your account is given management access so you can update information and post ceremony and event schedules.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, open Settings, then choose Delete account. Your data is deleted within 30 days. You can also send a request to apps@vthgroup.vn.
Is the app available on Android?
Yes, on Google Play for users in Vietnam. On iPhone, download it from the App Store.
